May you find joy and bliss as we relive another part of our salvation. We recall how the Holy One (Blessed is He) was with us in the wilderness. We were in the wilderness somewhere between the land of bondage and the land of our promise. We were going to a place prepared for us long before we knew we needed a place. We were going to the Land Promised to our father Avraham before we were born. God was with Avraham every step of his journey.
Yeshua said he was going to prepare a place for us, us being those who will trust (do) His Word.
We are in our wilderness. We are somewhere between our bondage to sin and our Promised Land. And just like God was with Avraham, God is with us in our journey!
Sukkot is the time we remember God was with us and is with us even now! So rejoice! Sing! Dance! Celebrate! The God of Heaven and Earth is with us even in our wilderness!
By the way the first day of Sukkot is Yeshua’s birthday. He tabernacled with us in in a temporary dwelling. And he was circumcised on the Eight Day. The Eight Day of the seven day festival of Sukkot is a high holy.
